This module introduces core theoretical and practical concepts central to understanding the process of change for sustainability. It establishes an appreciation of the complexities of understanding change for sustainability and people’s reactions and behaviour within organizations in such a process. It involves an exploration of organizational and managerial processes and needs for change in the dynamic, changing context of organizations.
