The combination of different styles of melodies, playing skills, and sounds will take you from Asia to Europe, wandering in the ocean of modern and traditional music, and embarking on a wonderful musical journey with the glamour of both East and West.

The quartet is composed of four excellent musicians from China and France. Yangqin and pipa will take you to feel the rhythmic beauty of the East. Cello and flute will show you the color of Western music.

The concert was arranged by IBA Confucius Institute in collaboration with the Vent d’Orient Vent d’Occident (Paris).

At the same time, an exhibition of artworks themed with Hans Christian Andersen and the Chinese Spring Festival will also be held at Kolding Castle.
