Read the text in English below

Her kan du blive testet

Se mere her
Se mere her

Læs mere om appen her >>

Information about IBA International Business
Academy´s reopening

We expect all international students to get tested for COVID-19 when they arrive in Denmark. They must also have their test results before they begin their studies at IBA International Business Academy

Furthermore, there might be special guidelines for each country, which the future students must follow.

We also expect that all Danish students and employees, who have travelled abroad, get tested for COVID-19 or stay in home quarantine for 14 days before coming to IBA International Business Academy.

Lectures
  • IBA International Business Academy will conduct teaching, counselling, and exams in the building in groups of a maximum of 50 people. IBA International Business Academy can depart from the requirement of having 1 meter between people if deemed necessary for the academic and social results of the students´ teaching.

  • Students will be assigned to a specific group, which will be the same for all educational related activities. The requirement of having 1 meter between people can only be exempted within these groups.
Keep distance
  • The requirement of keeping a 1-meter distance also applies to the common areas of IBA International Business Academy, the canteen, in the library, in the workshops etc.

  • You must follow the hygiene and distance requirements when you eat in the canteen. You are welcome to eat outside if the weather allows it.

  • There can be a maximum of 2 people in the elevator at a time. Please consider people with disabilities.

  • Students must follow and comply with any instructions given for specific teaching situations, so all activities meet the distancing requirement between the students and the employees. The students must also respect any markings on the floors, the way tables are positioned, and be sure to always keep the right when using the stairs.

  • The beforementioned requirements also apply to any meetings between students and social activities. Partying is not allowed, and the student bar will remain closed for now.

  • IBA International Business Academy has further tightened the cleaning in accordance with the recommendations from the Danish Health Authority. Therefore, give our cleaning personnel space to do their job, which will be happening throughout the day.
Use sanitiser when you arrive
  • Students are asked to use hand sanitisers when arriving at IBA International Business Academy, and to wash their hands frequently.

  • There will be signs throughout IBA International Business Academy that indicate where to wash your hands, there is hand sanitizers several places on each floor, and there will be guidelines on how to comply with the hygiene and distance requirements at IBA International Business Academy.

  • IBA International Business Academy can decide the use of protection if deemed necessary due to health risks.
Traveling abroad
  • If you need to travel abroad, be sure to check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs´ travel restrictions in relation to the country you are travelling to. If you travel to a country that is marked with an orange or red color, you must stay at home in the quarantine period and/or get tested for COVID-19 before you are allowed to return to IBA International Business Academy. These guidelines are revised on a regular basis, so be sure to check up on them frequently.
Where to get tested

There are a few places where you can get tested if you're a foreign traveling to Denmark.

  • If you drive to Kolding by car, you will most likely cross the border at Frøslev, where the test center should be open from 9-17. However, if you instead cross the border at Kruså, the COVID-19 test center there is open from 10-16.
  • If you arrive through Billund Airport, the COVID-19 test centers should be open for every incoming flight. You can find more information on that here: Read more here >>

  • If you arrive through Copenhagen Airport, please read the information about the COVID-19 test center here >>

We kindly ask you to plan your travel here in accordance with the opening hours of the COVID-19 test centers, to ensure that you can get a test.

If you already have a valid Danish CPR-number and a working NEM-ID you can also take the COVID-19 test in Kolding test center after booking the time here. We advise you to book the time slot before arriving to Denmark, so you make sure that the test is available at the time of your arrival.

Without a CPR-number, you can only take the test at the above-mentioned locations.

You will be asked to show your passport or ID and provide contact details in case the authorities need to contact you if the test is positive.

When will you get answer on the test?

  • Danish citizens and those who have a Danish CPR-number at the date of the test can find their test result online at www.sundhed.dk within 1-2 days.
  • All foreign citizens without a CPR number will be contacted by the national Corona Hotline, but only in the event of a positive test result. If the test result is negative, the foreign citizen will not hear from the national Corona Hotline.
  • In the case of a positive COVID-19 test result, students are encouraged to follow the Danish Health Authority’s guidelines concerning self-isolation and contact tracing.

The results (even if negative) can take 72 hours, so please arrive to Denmark at least 3-4 days before you must be present at IBA Interntional Business Academy Campus. If you test positive for COVID-19, you cannot come to IBA Campus and you must go into self-isolation. Please notify us immediately in this case, so that we know you are in Denmark but cannot attend classes immediately and can help you further.

Please remember to print out your admission notice, the contract for your accommodation or hotel booking and valid national ID or passport and take with you.

If you are tested positive for COVID-19
  • If you are tested positive for COVID-19 and have symptoms, you are only allowed to return to IBA International Business Academy after 48 hours of being symptom free.
  • If you are tested positive for COVID-19, and DO NOT have any symptoms, you are only allowed to return to IBA International Business Academy after 7 days.

Why we do it
  • These guidelines have been made to ensure a reasonably healthy reopening of the most prioritized activities at IBA International Business Academy. We expect that everyone will comply with the guidelines out of respect for the situation we are in. And especially in consideration of people who are extra vulnerable and must be protected from getting exposed to COVID-19.

  • IBA International Business Academy can at any time restrict the use of our premises and the behavior in the building. We encourage all students and employees at IBA International Business Academy to be considerate and contribute to an environment in which the employees can work and students can study constructively without disturbances.

IBA recommend that you download the app ’smitte|stop’ to help in stopping the spread of COVID-19. The app is only available in Danish, and you will need a Danish CPR-number and NemID to register yourself. However, you can see if you have been in contact with anyone infected with COVID-19. Read more about the app here >>
